Mr. Shannon Lejuan Clements is an African American poet whom resides in Detroit, Michigan. He was born to two great parents, Juanita Clements-Adams and Jimmy Lee West II, on March 9,1977. He attended Martin Luther King Jr. Pre-school, Bagley Elementary School, Hampton Middle School, Mumford High School, Phillip A Randolph Vocational Technical Center, Focus: Hope Fastrack, Focus: Hope Machinist Training, and attended Henry Ford Community College for a semester. His talents consist of having poems published Poetry.com, The Famous Poets Society, JMW Publishing ( and affiliate of Random House Publishing), and Noble House Publishing. He is a former member of the Vocational Industrial Club of America where he helped win the bronze medal in the regional competitions in business and move onto the state competitions. Currently he has a book of poems published through Publish America titled, "From the MInd of Mentalllll". It is available through PublishAmerica.com website.
