I am a thirty one year old Dublin man living in Paris.Writing a book at the moment(my third) but it doesn't pay the rent yet and is damn well killing me.Love the guitar; influenced by Robert Johnson, Charlie Christian, Jimmy Page- the usuals; but will say that when writing a tune or a composition there is no genre or standard, and they pretty much tell you where they want to go. Voracious appetite for knowledge, and very proud of the fact that I remain stoopid.
I have one basic philosophy about life: it has taken me since the beginnning of the Universe to get to who and where I am, so therefore no moment will be wasted. Structured by the Universe into something I can not quite define, I am searching for something, I guess.
As human beings we can be anything and everything that we can possibly dream of; but, alas, governments and the elite have done all in their power over the last two thousand years or so to make us believe we should accept our stations in life. We are made in the image of God, and it is our destiny to become that for jusitification of our creation. Anyone who settles for what this life gives them without fighting to attain more is a waste of good DNA. I refuse to believe that with a history that our species will have my brief short life of seventy years(if I am lucky) is all that I will have. Or depending on your views, I re-enter the cycle and become someone or something else. I don't really want to read my stuff two hundred years from now and not know that it was me, you know.
