The blurb: 'Matthew Shute: aspiring writer, blogger, freethinker, and occasional "loveable nutcase". His work is typically dark and surreal, with an emphasis on psychological horror. Many of his stories for the non-paying market have been posted at Darkhalf.com and other sites around the web. His story Purity has been published in John Lawson's anthology Of Flesh and Hunger. Two other stories are pending publication in Kelly Burton's pet project, The Other Side of Madness. Matt is currently working on a philosophical work (as yet untitled), a novel project entitled After the End, as well as many other dubious endeavours.'
