I'm 25 and have been writing regularly since I was 13. I teach literature, creative writing, and composition at a state university. I have four semesters of university workshop experience. I've twice had short fiction published in fairly respectable place (and a few more times in places that are not fairly respectable).
I always try to be completely honest and more or less tactful in my critiques. I'm always willing to have my critiques critiqued, too.
