Specializing in short fiction, Elizabeth Striebel’s writing is culled from equatorial and far-east living. She lives in Central America, among nature and tourists. The combination of wild animals and an equally wild international traveling populace makes for an endless stream of material. Her work won her an award in the Traveler's Tales 2007 SOLAS contest, and has appeared in the Vegetarian Resource Journal and Bareback Magazine.
