Roman Payne in an American novelist living in Paris. He was born in Seattle in 1977 and left America in 1999. His first novel, ??Crepuscule,? was published in 2004. His second novel, "Cities & Countries" was published by ModeRoom Press in 2006. Payne is also the author of "The Basement Trains" and many acclaimed stories.
