I am a junior in high school, and I have been writing since I can remember. I've been very lucky to have the support of my family, friends, and teachers along the way, but I've always been very welcoming of constructive criticism! I've never really stuck to any particular genre -- I've written everything from the first fifteen pages of a gothic novel to a short, twisted fairy tale -- but I've always stuck with fiction. I fear I'm not good enough with analogies for poetry; I certainly admire any and all poets worth half of anything!
Aside from writing, I'm also an avid thespian ("drama fag," as I'm referred to at my school), and whatever time not spent writing or doing ridiculous amount of homework is wiled away on the stage.
I'm really looking forward to being a part of this great community -- I'm only sorry I didn't find it sooner!
