Currently I reside in San Francisco, where the blanket of fog pins down my inspiration/desperation/vacillation long enough for me to capture it onto paper. I choose the written word as that vehicle, weaving many styles and influences--80's punk raves, romantic poets, beat, and classical. I received a B.A in literature at a southern university and love the heated fury of southern writing. It mingles with my newest incarnation here in the glorious west.
I am not here to be cute or get laid. This is writing and, for me, it means everything. I am here to seek further direction and invite only the serious to read my words. I plan to use this community to encourage through real criticism, the publication of a collection of short works and, in return, I will offer my informed critiques of theirs.
