I write because I have to. I have been encouraged so my conscious won't let it go. I was first published in high school, from articles I wrote for my school paper and again in 2006. These were all jouralistic writings, newsworthy or editorials. I have been writing poetry seriously since age 15. I have held my poetry dear to me but now it's time to let it go. I love to write, it's a passion and a part of my being.
I am working on a screenplay: It is the hardest thing I have ever done short of Algera which makes no sense to me. The formatting is the worst. It's based on a true story; I sit and rearead what I have written and I cry. I am part of a screenwriters group and they have all had very positive feedback and are excited to see how it progresses.
