"vlm" is an artist, writer, and musician presently based in downtown Los Angeles, CA.
His background includes film, television, and radio.
He attended Fisk University in Nashville, Tenn. but dropped out his senior year to travel.
He seriously took up poetry writing in 2003 as a result of an acrimonious breakup which left him emotionally devastated. It was purely a coping device. Now it is much more.
