I am a freelance writer/reporter working on my first novel. I do my freelancing through The WRITE Busienss Solutions and am doing everything I can to make my living through my writing and stay out of the God awful work for other companies world as I find it impossible for me to build my writing career while working for others (clients don't count). I become too exhausted and I have no time for my family or rest and it affects my writing. I have worked as a fulltime reporter and found that to be the worst. Writing everyday multiple times a day under those grueling conditions, the last thing I wanted to do was write for myself of any clients that included letters and emails. I have worked as a correspondent and find that works well. I make money writing and it isn't so demanding that it didn't drain my energy, will and strength to write.
